Delivery time and shipping
After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This includes your order number that you can use to request the status of your order. When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another e-mail with more information about your order. To be sure, also check your spam box, because the confirmation e-mail may have ended up there by mistake. Have you not received an e-mail after a working day and have you also checked your spam box? please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery service
Orders within the Canada/United States that are placed before 17 p.m. will be delivered the next working day. The orders are delivered safely and quickly by Post deliverers. Do you spend more than $500 on our webshop? then your order will also be shipped free of charge within the Canada/United States.
Discreetly and anonymously packaged
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously in unrecognizable packaging so that it is unrecognizable to others. Not everyone needs to know what you order and that is why this is taken into account. The only thing on the outside of the packaging is your delivery address.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the day of delivery. In most cases, if you are not at home, your order will be redelivered a few times (this depends on the carrier). If you are not at home, the delivery person will first try to deliver your order to the neighbours. If for some reason you are not at home after that, your package will be taken to the nearest collection point. In all cases, the delivery person will keep you informed where your package is by means of a note in the mailbox. We guarantees delivery to the collection point, after which you are responsible for collecting the order. In general, deliveries are made daily from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 18:00. Because we depend on the carrier, we cannot guarantee you exactly what time your order will arrive.
